A Journey to Deep Rest Workshops
Layla graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Psychology and specialises in nervous system education and deep rest modalities for healing. Her work stems from a personal health journey, where she discovered how trauma shapes the body and the power of developing new body-brain pathways for lasting well-being.
Passionate about mind-body education, she believes healing happens both within oneself and through connection with others. In her own time, she continues exploring holistic approaches to body, mind, and spirit wellness.
