Session 1: Therapeutic Journaling – Design Your Ideal Sleep Routine

Begin with light, fun prompts to spark creativity before exploring simple sleep journaling rituals for winding down at night and setting intentions in the morning. Engage in reflective journaling to design your ideal sleep routine, mapping out what restful nights look like for you. The session concludes with a chance to share insights and exchange inspiration, guiding you towards a more intentional and restorative approach to sleep.

Session 2: Therapeutic Journaling – Reflect & Rest Well

Start with light, creative prompts before exploring simple sleep journaling rituals to promote relaxation. Reflect on the seven types of rest and how they contribute to overall well-being, gaining deeper insights into your personal rest needs. The session wraps up with a space to share reflections and connect, offering inspiration for a more balanced and restorative approach to rest.
