The Heveya® Ligna Frame is crafted from 100% solid FAS-grade North American oak, free from MDF, plywood, veneers, or chipboard. It meets strict international standards for indoor air safety, with formaldehyde emissions measured at less than 0.1mg/m³ (chamber method) and 0.5mg/L (desiccator method). The frame is finished with high-quality paint that fully volatilizes within a month and uses glue free from harmful aldehyde molecules—ensuring a healthier, non-toxic sleep environment.
